How To Use The Optum S.P.S System>>>

Using Your Optum S.P.S
The Optum S.P.S. must be secured to a solid stationary object.

ALWAYS CONSULT A PHYSICIAN BEFORE BEGINNING ANY EXERCISE PROGRAM.

EXERCISE SHOULD ALWAYS BE PERFORMED WITH CARE. PAY ATTENTION TO THE WAY YOUR BODY FEELS. DO NOT OVER-EXERT YOURSELF. IF YOU EXPERIENCE TIGHTNESS IN YOUR CHEST, SHORTNESS OF BREATH, HEARTBEAT IRREGULARITIES OR ANY TYPE OF DIZZINESS OR NAUSEA, STOP! AND CALL YOUR PHYSICIAN.

Adjustment
By turning the adjustment knob clockwise, you have the ability to determine your desired amount of resistance. This allows you to gage your workouts and your increased strength.

NEVER ADJUST WHILE IN USE

Harness
The front of the harness (the"X") must be worn on your chest if you are running forward and on your back if you are running backward.

Usage
Once you have secured the Optum S.P.S. to a solid stationary object and your harness is on, attach the rope hook to the d-ring on the back of your harness.
Simply walk forward to take the slack out of the rope. STOP! Check the harness for final adjustments, make sure the harness is comfortable on the chest area and begin your exercise.

When desired distance is reached, simply unclip the hook from the d-ring. Make sure you toss the rope to either side of your line of direction. If you are working out with a partner, you may leave the rope attached to your harness while your partner begins their exercise. Simply return to your starting position, that will allow the rope to return to the Optum S.P.S.

NEVER OPERATE THE OPTUM S.P.S WITHOUT THE SAFETY GUARDS

THE OPTUM S.P.S WILL GET HOT WITH PROLONGED USE

NEVER REMOVE THE SAFETY GUARDS, STEP ON OR TOUCH THE INTERIOR OF THE OPTUM S.P.S WHILE IN USE. THIS COULD CAUSE BODILY INJURY!
